**How do you price carpet cleaning?**
Pricing is typically flat rated, but depends on the areas being cleaned (rooms, stairs, upholstery, etc.) and the condition (heavy traffic, stains, odor concerns). We have two different types of cleaning, steam cleaning, /and carpet restoration. We’ll give you a clear estimate before we start.

**Are there any add-ons or surprise fees?**
No surprises. If anything could change the estimate (heavy odor treatment, severe pet accidents, protectant, stairs, heavily soiled traffic lanes), we explain it upfront before starting.

**How long will it take for carpets/upholstery to dry?**
Most carpets and upholstery dry the same day. Dry time depends on airflow, humidity, and how heavily soiled the area is. For faster drying, run fans and keep the HVAC on.

**Do you move furniture?**
We can work around most furniture and focus on the areas that matter most. When possible, we’ll move lighter items like chairs and small tables. For heavy or fragile items (beds, dressers, pianos, packed bookcases), we typically clean around them unless they’re pre-moved.

**What should I do before you arrive?**
Pick up small items (toys, clothes, pet bowls), clear breakables, and point out any problem areas (pet spots, odors, high-traffic lanes). If parking/entry is tricky, let us know ahead of time.

**Can you guarantee you’ll remove pet odor / cigarette smell / mildew / marijuana odor?**
We specialize in tough odor control, but results depend on where the odor source is. If odor has soaked into padding, subfloor, or deep upholstery filling, it may take multiple treatments or additional steps. We’ll assess and explain the most realistic options before we proceed.

**Why do some stains come back after cleaning?**
This can be caused by “wicking,” where contamination below the surface rises back up as the carpet dries—especially if the source is in the padding. If something reappears after drying, contact us and we’ll recommend the next best step.

**Are your solutions safe for kids, pets, and people with allergies?**
We use professional-grade solutions and a deep extraction process designed to remove dirt, allergens, and residue from the fibers. If anyone has sensitivities, tell us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

**What if I’m not happy with the results?**
If something doesn’t look right after it fully dries (for example, a spot reappears), reach out. We’ll talk through what happened and recommend the best next step.

Our history

We started with a truck.

Over nine years ago, we were just a small crew with big hope and almost no plan. We purchase a portable setup, and learned the craft the hard way—one job at a time. Back then, we didn’t know much about business. We knew how to work, we knew how to show up, and we believed that if our customers could see how knowledgeable and well we clean carpets, everything would work out.

Our first beginning

Our prices were so low that the work came in heavy. People called, we ran out the door, and we stayed busy. But the busy feeling didn’t turn into real progress. After the supplies, the fuel, the wear-and-tear, and the time it takes to do the right job, we realized we weren’t making any money. We were paying for the work to happen, and we were stuck in the same loop—doing a lot, earning little, and falling behind.

That’s when we went back to the drawing board.

We asked ourselves a simple question: How do we offer carpet cleaning that people can afford—and still run a business that can last?

So we ran our numbers. We looked at every cost line. We measured what it actually takes to do quality work, not just quick work. Then we rebranded and built a new direction around one promise: affordable cleaning with profitable results—so we could keep serving our community without burning out.
